When will my order ship?
We currently have inventory in route to our warehouse and expect that to arrive mid-December, with orders shipping out in the following days.
I ordered a plushie during the first wave and still haven’t received it! When will I get it?
As of Monday, November 18th, we have processed all orders. If you have not already received your plushie, it should be on the way to you in the coming days.
Will the stickers and Finch arrive together?
Yes, if you ordered a Finch and sticker bundle, they will arrive together in the same package. There was a small issue with our first wave wherein some orders shipped without the sticker pack. We are working to rectify this ASAP.
Does this include any digital subscription?
There is no digital subscription included with our purchase.
What happens if I want to return my Finch?
We are not accepting returns or exchanges, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your Finch or there is something wrong with your order, you can reach out and we'll do our best to make things right!
When will my card or payment method be charged?
We will charge your card upon transaction and those funds will be used to produce your Finch!
Can I opt for faster delivery?
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We have a single warehouse in the US at the present, and as such, cannot provide competitive international shipping rates to our Finch family members outside of the US (50 states + Washington, DC).
How much is shipping?
Shipping & handling is $8.99 for a Finch and the Finch + Sticker bundle, and $2.99 for just the sticker pack. Expedited rates are available at checkout.
Is Finch merch available outside of the US?
At this time, we are only shipping to our US community members (50 states + Washington, DC) but are exploring ways to expand our shipping internationally next year. Be on the lookout!
Will the orders arrive in time for Christmas?
We’re so excited you’re considering a plushie as part of your holiday season! While we’re doing our best to ship orders quickly and anticipate orders arriving by Christmas, we can’t guarantee delivery by 12/25 at this time.
Are there any bundles or deals for buying multiple plushies?
Yes! We are offering special discounts when you purchase more than one plushie! Our current offer is buy two, save 15%, buy three, save 20% and buy five and save 25%. Savings will be applied at checkout.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at support@befinch.com and our customer support team will help.
Can I order the outfit separate from the plushie if I want a different color?
To keep our fulfillment process as streamlined as possible, we are not offering outfits separate from plushies.
Can I update the address for my order?
Yes, we can make adjustments to your shipping address until December 10th!
If I miss this round will these colors be offered again in the future?
We can’t say for sure if these colors will be offered again, so we recommend getting them while you can!
